De novo protein sequences from conserved motifs

Analysing the assumption that bulk and pseudo-bulk RNA-seq are similar through machine learning and statistical methods on three experimental datasets. You can find out more here.

Cross-chromatin Organisation 

GIW/ISCB 2023

Utilising H3K4me3 from multiple cell lines, we can stratify genes according to the level of information it might provide, from being a gene generally expressed in many cell lines, to being expressed only in certain cell lines. This provides a quick and dirty way of shortlisting genes to focus for downstream applications. You can find out more here.
