Completed my A*STAR Research Internship Award under Senior Principal Investigator Kumar Selvarajoo evaluating generative models for transcriptomics data. This built the foundation for my Final Year Thesis covering the differences between bulk and scRNA-seq, an assumption commonly glossed over in transcriptomics models. The preprint is available here

Completed NTU's URECA programme under Asst Prof Bernett Lee evaluating the cross-cellular effects of H3K4me3 and H3K4me1 on bulk RNA-seq. This was further extended into a project studying the use of H3K4me3 to stratify genes according to frequency of H3K4me3 occurrence, differentiating genes between highly general to highly specific to individual cell types. This work was presented in the GIW-ISCB 2023 conference, and the published article can be found here
